Gnomasté Yoga

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day and the coming of spring with a Restoration Yoga class, the perfect preparation for a wild weekend or to contemplate your garden plans.

Friday, March 15 (6 p.m.)

Join us for a special Restoration Yoga class at CreativiTee Downtown Salem where we will immerse ourselves in relaxation, through a series of mostly seated and lying positions. During class, we will focus on breathing and gentle poses, using the strap and blankets.

Cost includes the class, this limited-release yoga tank designed by CreativiTEE’s owner, Roanna, and snacks with drinks. Afterward, you’re invited to a private shopping experience at CreativiTee. As always, Roanna will be offering special class-only discounts.
