Economic Vitality Committee
The Goal
Strengthen downtown as the regional shopping, dining and entertainment center in the heart of the Willamette Valley by supporting existing businesses and filling vacancies.
Objectives
Encourage diverse business development to fill downtown vacancies and grow number of downtown residents.
Recent Projects
- Produced “welcome bags” that are distributed to new businesses downtown.
- Sponsored a downtown survey conducted by students from Corban College.
