Dancing with the Salem Stars
Our annual fundraiser includes six local contestants, each paired with a professional partner, who have one week to learn a dance routine and compete for the coveted Mirror Ball Trophy! YOU, the audience, decides the winner.

First Wednesdays
You’re invited to join us downtown the first Wednesday of every month from 5-8pm. This event often includes a pop-up market with over 20 local vendors, live music, and special deals at various shops and restaurants.

Alley Names
In 2019, SMSA coordinated a public vote that helped name 9 alleys in historic downtown Salem. The city is currently in the process of developing signage.
Murals
SMSA helped welcome two new murals to downtown Salem in 2017.
