The Goal
Develop a cohesive, strong, sustainably-funded organization with buy-in and engagement from downtown stakeholders working together to achieve tangible results and visible progress.
Objectives
Develop a communication plan to share who we are, why we exist, and what we hope to accomplish to build trust and buy-in from downtown stakeholders. Develop solid funding mechanisms to support operations. Develop and staff committees with community members beyond just board members.
Recent Projects
- Created a new rack card.
- Developed a board survey.
- Review funding plans and a new strategic plan for the Board.
