Aurora Sherman, a Corvallis-based vocalist, will perform a benefit concert, “Love Wins at the Border,” with all proceeds going to Immigrant Families Together, an all-volunteer organization dedicated to supporting and rapidly reuniting immigrant families who have been detained and separated at the US-Mexico borer. The concert will take place on Saturday, September 7 at 3:00 P.M. in Loucks Auditorium at the Salem Public Library.

The program features an eclectic mix of classical, folk, and spirituals, including works by Mary Chapin Carpenter and Vienna Tang. The concert also features Erik Gullickson, tenor and director of the Portland-based LGBTQ youth choir, Bridging Voices, and Stephanie Lynne Smith, pianist and producer of the show through her studio Miss Smith Presents.
