With no recipe, locally sourced fruit and blending to taste; we create vintage, non-manipulated ciders in the only space downtown Salem making their alcohol in-house (legally) since 1953!

We invite you, April 4th-First Wednesday, to create your own cider blend! Choose from any of the 9 ciders we have on tap to create your own unique drink!
We will also have a mini bar of add-ins
– vanilla
– herbs
– homemade infused simple syrups
etc.!
